Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of ynf.io (the "Site"), operated by YNF ("we"). By using the Site you agree to them. The Korean text governs; this is a courtesy translation.
1. Purpose
These terms set out the rights, duties and responsibilities of YNF and of users in relation to the Site.
2. Definitions
- "Site" means the web pages we provide under the ynf.io domain.
- "User" means anyone who accesses and uses the Site under these terms.
- "Content" means all material on the Site: text, images, video, design, software.
3. Effect and changes
These terms take effect when posted on the Site. We may change them within the limits of applicable law; changes are announced on the Site at least seven days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the changed terms.
4. What the Site provides
The Site provides information about YNF and the products and ventures we build. It offers no accounts or payments; our products (Haechi, Autonomous and others) are governed by their own sites and terms.
5. Intellectual property
Copyright and other intellectual property in the Content belongs to YNF or its rightful owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display or adapt the Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
6. Your obligations
You must not:
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Site
- Place excessive load on the Site or harvest Content by automated means
- Infringe the rights of, or defame, YNF or any third party
- Breach applicable law or these terms
7. External links
The Site may link to other sites we operate or to third-party sites. Linked sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party content.
8. Limitation of liability
We try to keep the Site accurate and current but do not warrant its completeness or accuracy. The Site is for information only; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it, nor for interruptions caused by events beyond our control.
9. Personal data
The handling of personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from use of the Site fall under the jurisdiction of the court for the district of our place of business, as the court of first instance.
